INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS

• General Liability Insurance, with not less than a $1,000,000 limit.

• All Risk Physical Damage Insurance including Theft, with not less than a $250,000  per item limit and not more than a $1,000 deductible.

• Certificate must show Rented Equipment Floater coverage.

• If Customer is renting Equipment as a road vehicle, customer must maintain Hired  Auto Physical Damage and Hired Auto Liability Insurance in an amount not less  than $1,000,000.

• SANDPIPER RENTALS, INC. named as the Loss Payee as respects to rented  equipment.
