CUSTOMIZED MAINTENANCE INSPECTIONS

Our Customized Maintenance Inspection programs are based upon pre-arranged, on-site inspection - at intervals consistent with your needs. This allows a systematic approach to checking equipment service needs that can:

 

Improve machine reliability

  Help avoid surprise downtime

Extend machine service life

  Reduce the chance of major repairs

Help avoid major failures

  Help lower and control owning / operating costs

Increase resale value and document systematic maintenance

   

During each inspection, our technician will use a 101 Point Checklist to help thoroughly analyze the current condition and service requirements of your equipment. Our basic maintenance inspection package includes:

Changing the engine oil and filter

Limited fluid top-offs

Checking for water in the fuel

Lubricating scheduled lube points

Performing an operational check

 

Also available:

Computerized Systemgard lube analysis for engine, hydraulic, and drive train components
 Maintenance management service that provides you with detailed reports of computerized lube analysis
 Additional parts, materials and labor (if needed)

 


    

 

  Level I - 100/125/150/250 Hr Interval Srvc

  • Change engine oil and filter

  • Change fuel filter (when required)

  • Clean cylinder head fins (air cooled engines)

  • Check track tension ( if required)

  • Complete 101 Point Checklist

  • Operational test of machine    

 

 

  Level II - 250/300/450/500 Hr Interval Srvc

  • Level I service performed

  • Change filters and fluids (as specified in Operator's manual)

 

 

  Level III - 900/1000 Hr Interval Srvc

  • Level I and Level II service performed

  • Change fluids and filters, clean breathers (as specified in Owner's manual)

  • Check hydraulic accumulator pressure (if equipped)

 

 

  Level IV - 1800/2000 Hr Interval Srvc

  • Level I, Level II, Level III, service performed

  • Change engine coolant (filter and conditioner if specified)

  • Change hydraulic fluid

  • Change fluid in final drives, swing gear boxes and axle assemblies (as specified in Operator's Manual)

Engine valve adjustment

A/C refrigerant charge pressure

Clean alcohol evaporator

Clean air compressor cylinder head

Flush out cooling system
